“Expert-Technical Service of the Municipal Council” Department has the following functions:

1. Provides expert and technical services and organizes the work of the permanent and temporary commissions to the municipal council, as well as the meetings of the municipal council;
2. Serves the temporary and permanent commissions, as well as the municipal council;
3. On request by citizens and organizations the decisions of the municipal Council of the current calendar year must be made available;
4. Prepares and subsequently announces the decisions of the municipal councils;
5. Following the explicit requirement of the judicial authorities, declares and chooses candidates for the jury;
6. Performs all orders of the Chairwoman of the municipal council, as well as other functions specified in the rules of the municipal Council;
7. Keep the protocols and phonograms from the meetings of the municipal council.
