Education:

Zhenya Petkova holds a Master degree in “Law” from the Faculty of Law of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and specialized in public administration at Burgas Free University.

She completed her secondary education at the EG “Ivan Vazov”, Plovdiv

Professional career:

▪ From 2002 to 2011 Zhenya Petkova worked as a public contractor at the State Receivables Agency at the Ministry of Finance and senior legal advisor at the Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency – Plovdiv

▪ She is the secretary of “Trakia” district – Plovdiv Municipality from December 2011 to November 2023

▪ Manager of projects in the field of social policies and the development of human resources, financed with funds from European programs.
