Objectives and Expected Results:
The current project, is aimed at the energy renovation of municipal building for administrative services with address: city of Plovdiv, Central Square 1, through which EE class “A” and primary energy savings of 96,13% for the building included in the project will be reached, along with the reduction of energy consumption costs and the improvement of the public material base of the objects of the interventions. The above-mentioned will be implemented through a set of interrelated interventions such as: introduction of EE measures such as thermal insulation of walls, floors and roofs; replacement of windows and doors with PVC; realization of VRV systems for direct evaporation for heating, cooling and ventilation with recovery etc , incl. – construction of a photovoltaic power plant for personal needs, carrying out major repairs and improvements, incl. – ensuring the accessibility of the environment in order to improve the access of people with disabilities to and within the building stock covered by the project, with a view to achieving a comprehensive renovation of the municipal administrative infrastructure, subject of the project, extending the life and operational characteristics of the building.
